UFC293 stars head to Penrith for Fight Night afterparty

Penrith will get its own taste of next weekend’s UFC293 card, with a number of big-name stars heading to Panthers for ‘The Out West Afterparty’ after the event wraps up, regardless of results.

Western Sydney icons Tai ‘Bam Bam’ Tuivasa and Tyson Pedro will both be in attendance, as well as current middleweight champion and co-headliner Israel Adesanya.

That formidable trio will be joined by Kevin Jousset, Shane Young, Carlos Ulberg and ‘Blood Diamond’ Mike Mathetha for the star-studded event.

Tuivasa will be facing Alexander Volkov in his first fight in the octagon since December 2022, while Pedro will take on Anton Turkalj, keen to replace the memory of his most recent bout with Modestas Bukauskas, where he still went the distance despite a severe illness in the 24-hours before the fight.
