The final days of winter are upon us, and Blacktown City Council is already preparing to greet the warmer weather of Spring, announcing three community festivals for the month of September.

The three festivals will take place in Bidwill, Doonside and Willmot between September 9 and 30, giving locals and visitors alike a number of chances to get out and about, exploring and meeting their local communities.

Naturally, all Festivals will feature live entertainment provided by community groups, rides, stalls and displays from local shops and artisans, plenty of food trucks and art and craft stalls full of fun activities for kids.

All events are also free, you just need to be there on the day! For more information or stallholder applications, just visit the Blacktown Council website.
