The results of a recent study of Australian Day Care Centres has been published, combining inspection scores and parent reviews to create a comprehensive list ranking centres across the state and country.
The Kindicare App has been used to rank 17,300 facilities around the country - but while a number of NSW centres did very well, the results also revealed that NSW also has a larger number of underperforming centres compared to the national average.
Western Sydney centres also performed well on average, with great results from centres in areas including Macquarie Fields, Edensor Park and St Marys among others. Meanwhile the highest ranking centre in the state was Goodstart Early Learning in Woy Woy, while the highest performing Western Sydney can be found in Kellyville.
Due to the rapid number of centres opening in the past two years as the population grows exponentially, every state has a significant number of 'Not Rated' facilities that will be incorporated in future studies.
Whether you want to know where your centre ranks, or you’re about to start sending your kids to daycare, the full list can be found at Kindicare online.
